Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges Policy:
In the event that your nails incur scratches or become misshapen, we are committed to rectifying them. To avail of this service, please notify the salon where the service was rendered within 24 hours of the initial appointment. However, it is imperative to schedule an appointment for nail repair within one week of your initial service. Please note that refunds or credit notes are not offered for changes of mind. Should you find the quality of our work unsatisfactory, we will gladly redo the service at no additional charge, provided that you inform us immediately after the service. Upon leaving the salon, it is understood that you are content with the service provided. Any damages to your nails resulting from negligence on your part will incur charges for repairs or replacements. Should you have any uncertainties regarding nail care, our knowledgeable nail technicians are available to assist you.
Punctuality
If you think you’re going to be late for your appointment, please let a salon coordinator know. If your delay is more than ten minutes, we can’t promise that we’ll be able to complete all the services you’ve booked, but we’ll certainly try our best.
Personal Belongings
Vidao Nails & Day Spa cannot be held accountable for any personal belongings that get damaged during our services. We kindly ask you to handle nail polishes with caution and ensure that you haven’t left any of your possessions behind.
Payment Methods:
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Vidao Nails Gift Certificates for all services and product purchases. Please note that we do not accommodate other forms of payment, such as checks, AMEX, and DISCOVER.
Gift Card / Voucher Terms of Use

No cash advances: Your Gift Card cannot be used to get a cash advance or be exchanged for cash.
Validity and expiry of Gift Cards: We hold no responsibility for redeeming any Gift Card that is used beyond its expiry date.
Lost or stolen Gift Cards: Handle your gift card as you would handle cash. If it gets lost or stolen, it won’t be replaced or refunded.
Gift Cards cannot be cancelled: Your gift card cannot be cancelled.
Your Gift Card, your responsibility: It is your responsibility to use and keep your Gift Card safe.
